I'm surprised to see bad reviews! I've got lots of packages delivered, usually within 12 days or before, never later. Earlier this month, I sent my first return package free, no problem. Turns out I miscounted one item. Temu told me about my error and put $18.26 in my bank. I was impressed! I wouldn't have known without Temu's honesty. As a one-time thing, they let me use my return credit before they checked the goods. I can't ask for better service than that! I'm very grateful. I've bought lots of household items and clothes from Temu, mostly successfully. The only returns were due to wrong sizes or unexpected materials, plus one damaged rug returned today for a full credit, no postage charge! I was pleased. Just so you know, I asked for credit on my account instead of a bank refund. I'm a real customer from Australia. I'm super happy with this company and their service. I'll keep shopping here! Very happy and satisfied customer!

I've bought som things from Temu, and I'm lucky to have an excellent 5-star delivery guy from Evri. Some Evri couriers...well, no comment. Some products might be iffy, but I'd say 95% are great. Only had one bad time when a substitute courier lost my item. 🙉🙊🙈 But Temu quickly gave me my money back.

After reading some reviews about Temu cautioning against use, we decided to give it a shot. I'm glad we did because we're quite pleased with what we received. Once you figure out the right size for clothes, there's some really nice stuff. We had one package that got lost, not Temu's fault. They credited my account right away and said if it arrived later, to keep it (it didn't). Returns are easy, and if you have a Temu account, you get your money back right away. If you want it in your bank account, it takes longer. I'd suggest trying it before believing bad reviews.

I haven't had any problems with cancelling, changing, or getting cash back on orders, even for items over $100. I probably wouldn't order something big like a patio table and chairs, just things that can be sent by regular mail.

I've purchased a lot from this company. Most of what I've bought has been great and has really low prices. I've bought household stuff and women's clothes and been really happy with almost all of it. Their sizes are pretty accurate too. I've even got a couple of kaftans that are just like ones I got from Amazon but for less than half the price. Some people who complain are just snobby and don't want to admit they're getting good stuff at Temu's low prices. I'll keep buying from them. Also, when there's been a problem and I've complained, they're quick to give refunds without any hassle.

Received my 7 men's field watches today. 7 watches for $33.59. Delivery in 6 days. Each watch as described on Temu site. Best quality was Readeel. $14.98 Date and day work well. Day reads turn over in "English." Band is canvas and leather. Good quality. Movement feels like Japanese by weight. Other watches are SOKI and WOK. Light with canvas knock-off bands. Will replace bands. Watches are 40 to 42 mm round cases. Band lugs are 20-22. Movement suspected plastic. Price $2.19 to $3.14. Pleased and satisfied. Will have magnifiers placed on date. Barton or Richie bands. Most of my collection is Swiss Wenger or Viktronics. Did not pay more than $200 for each of them. Nice additions to my collection. Look out, Amozon.

Уважаемые клиенты! С товаром магазина TEMU попала в неприятную историю! Нареканий на сам магазин у меня нет! Они умнички - они вовремя все отправляют! Прекрасный товар, не дорогой, вроде по заявленным срокам доставки едет побыстрее чем из Али Экспресс, но...вот почта MeestExpress испортила все на корню! За 10 дней (!) товар из Китая приехал в Международный сортировочный Центр г.Львова. , 4 дня он ехал на таможню(!)...на таможне он застрял конкретно на 20 дней(!) ТАМОЖНЯ - просто ужас...их работа - никакая. Специально задерживают посылки (особенно большие стоимостью более 150 евро или собирают несколько ваших посылок на эту сумму)! Ждут пока выйдет срок доставки посылок, заявленный магазином! Потом предъявляют вам смс, что вы обязаны оплатить гос.пошлину (!) если в течении 5 дней не оплатите они отправляют посылку обратно))) Но не тут то было...они 20 дней молчали, утром на 21-й день прислали смс о гос.пошлине и через два часа второе смс о том, что мои посылки просрочены и они отправляют их обратно!!!!!! Наглость ужасная!!!!!!!! Дозвониться на горячую линию почты и таможни не возможно...они там постоянно заняты и сбивают звонки. в мессенджерах Вайбер и Телеграмм подходят отвечают но...редко. Сегодня с 9:25 и до 13:19 я занималась тем, что стучалась во все двери. Посылки на сумму около 8000 грн валяются на таможне...пошлина уплачена в 11:25...а тут "радостная" смс ( в 11:40) о том, что их отправляют обратно! БИНГО! Сервис - на уровне городской канализации))))))) Такая нервная доставка отбивает все желание сотрудничать и быть клиентом TEMU.

I ordered some T shirts at the beginning of April. In June came an apologize that my order was lost, I asked for refund. And I was promised to get my money back in a month. And... In a week I got a message that my clothes arrived. It's just funny when I read about fast delivery. Why is it impossible to leave comments on temu website, I would like to write about the quickness of your team.

When I went into my temu order to tell them my order was wrong ,it requested I click on howly to speak to them and ut would be a refundable 1 dollar fee.They even had my card details on hand and when I spoke to them they said they can't help me and told me temu would be best to contact In this time R533.08 and R18.34 had come off my account and temu has said that they did not authorize this This is fraudulent activity which Howly is carrying out and I have notified the authorities

I've ordered from Temu a few times and mostly things went well, except for one item in an order that I'm still waiting for. Everything else arrived on time. I appreciate the option to adjust prices and get instant refunds. The quality of the products is okay, which is what you'd expect. I really like their customer service; it should be a role model for others! In my last order, they sent the wrong charging cable, but when I contacted them, they refunded about 80% of the price right away. They've already fully refunded me for the delayed part of my order when I asked about the delay. I'll definitely keep buying from them.

Hey there, so despite the mixed reviews, I've placed a few orders and had no issues. I really like everything I've gotten. The only downside is the sheer amount of emails and messages you receive after ordering. It can be a bit much and might deter some people from ordering again, which is a shame because the products and delivery are fine.

I don't have a problem with them. The stuff I ordered, I've had a few orders now, they always came on time and in good condition and were good quality items. I got one thing that was faulty, I contacted the shop I got it from, they asked for a few picks. I sent them, my replacement was posted the same day, can't complain about that. But that farming game is ridiculous and painful. It's like it's made in a Chinese overlord fashion. Unless you dedicate your whole life to it and bother everyone you know with invites it's almost impossible. Just as the carrot gets close it restarts. If that's what you have to do for free stuff I'm happy to just buy it.
