Таке фуфло,що викинути не жалко . Дали кредит на нові замовлення,а перерахувати гроші на карту не збираюсяться майже 2 міс.Зворотній зв'язок майже відсутній.Переписка.Але так заморочать голову,нічого більше від темі не захочеш і десятому закажеш не зв'язуватися. ФУФЛОВИЙ товар,особливо одяг. Доставка швидка,але нв Алі експрес товар якісний.

Купив годинник.

Купив смарт годинник по акціі. Отримав його був радий. Працював! Зауважен не було! Пройшов приблизно місяць і він перестав працювати зовсім. Не заряджаеться і не рєагуе.!!!!????

Прочитал отзывы.

Прочитал отзывы людей, и удалил приложение. Не все люди располагают деньгами, кому-то очень нужен этот товар, заплатил последние деньги ни товара ни ответа. Не надо нас дурить.

I've purchased many things from Temu and the customer service is quite good. Most items are just right, and if there's ever an issue, they fix it fast. Delivery is quick, usually about a week. Communication is clear too. I use PayPal for buying, and it's been smooth. The only problem is I often buy more than I planned when I visit the site! I'd suggest it, but make sure to use PayPal for payment.

Перерахувала кошти за чалми після хіміятерепії чекаю вже 2 тижні нічого не приходить . Це ганьба знаючи який товар заказали взяти гроші і йти лісом. Нікому не раджу купляти щось. Це так принизливо від когось залежати ще й в такому становищі. Еевже ті копійки того варті щоб так обходитись з людьми

Poor customer service

Poor customer service missing item from parcel contacted customer service to state that I have a missing item asked for replacement or refund to be told I'm sure it was packed but clearly it wasn't otherwise I would of had the item. So now I'm leaving negative review on all platforms and won't be using temu again

Лохотрон с качеством товаров

Ничего не могу сказать про доставку товара- быстро и оперативно. Но качество товара (2 поло и футболка) полное Китайское дерьмо и дешовка. В каталоге все так классно и презентабельно- по факту галимая дешёвая безразмерная синтетика со штамповкой рисунка и жутким запахом капрона. Цена этих вещей на секонд - хенде 10 грн за кг. Очень расстроен не потерей денег, а очередным лохотроном . Очень удивлен отзывами о хорошем качестве товара.мне стыдно размещать фото полученных товаров . Отдам бомжам, если ещё возьмут.

I got my order in about 2 weeks from the order date as promised. The items came in good shape with no issues. The dresses fit well. Tracking was alright. I'll shop again at Temu because their stuff is reasonably priced.

I'm a regular shopper. Rarely let down. If a hiccup occurs (twice), Temu quickly refunds or ships missing items. Recently got a 20 x 10 chicken coop. Decent quality, all parts included!

Не прийшло замовлення

Замовлення застряло десь у Львові,з 24.06.24 сьогодні 10.07.24 сама компанія шле побачення і пропонує заказати товари повторно або забрати кошти через 90 днів,при цьому не забуває слати кучу реклами. Сьогодні написали що можливо посилка загубилась!!! Там на складі у Львові мабуть уже магазин відкрили по продажу посилок,козли. В джумі заказував все приходило без проблем,захотілось тему . Це був перший і останній раз коли в тему я щось купував. Не рекомендую. Хіба що змінять перевізника.

The roulette games and daily spins seem designed to make you spend more, but they do give one free return per order and let you keep the item. It's easy to get hooked, so be careful!

Не все замовлення надійшло

Не варто замовляти, на сайті одна ціна, в кошику до оплати інша, не зрозуміло. Не весь товар надійшов, із замовлення 1 товара не було надіслано, не сповістили про відсутність. Кошти оплачені. Кому претензії надсилати? Моє замовлення #PO-208-02252017943673713 на суму 29,39 $ до оплати 53,84$

They don't refund!!

The most terrible company, in every way. Products of execrable quality, extraordinarily bad shipping, but the worst experience is that of the return. After walking from one side to another to drop off the package (the instructions on the website have nothing to do with reality), you wait a month to receive a refund that was not even issued. I have been to the bank several times so far, only to be told that the ARN code sent by them to verify my transaction is invalid. There is no other solution/proof that the money left them. But the bank claims that no refund request was issued from them... So, keep in mind that you will never receive the money for the products you send as a return, from this terribly bad Chinese company!!!

Добрий день. Сайт хороший, бистра доставка. Але заказала машинку для собаки і немає зарядки до неї. І що мені тепер робити?

Не доставили товар

Маю негативний досвід і з замовленням. Заплатив кошти, товар доставили в інше місто України. Відписувалися, що розбираються із проблемо. Насправді, просто відписували стандартні фрази і проблему не вирішували. Товар так і не отримав. Кошти поки що також. Так що, якщо маєте бажання заплатити кошти, витратити час і не отримати товар та чекати на повернення коштів - тоді вибір правильний Temu. Ніякої орієнтації на клієнта і жахливий сервіс.

Temu в реальності

Замовив, майже " все прийшло" тілько чомусь зарахував по одному екземплярі а прийшло і зняли гроші за два. Замовив ніж чехлі , прийшов тільки чохол ВИДАЛІТЬ Temu і забудьте.

One must remember, if you're paying peanuts... So, keeping that in mind I didn't expect much from my 1st order. I thought, even if it's 'tat' I've only got myself to blame. Well, it's nice to get all my items in the parcel within the given delivery time. What cost me £25 or so would've been triple elsewhere. With that in mind, I ordered again, this time some clothes. I'm tall, and Asians are pretty short, so it's no surprise the trousers didn't reach my ankles. But mid-calf is okay, for the price, and it's summer, so... Not sure about winter trousers. All the items I bought were there and early. I don't click on 'flash ads', pop-ups or 'you have won'. Temu wants you to spend more, which is just marketing and understandable. That said, I've bought bits and bobs I don't really need but treating myself a bit, for a change, without going into debt was nice. My 3rd parcel, due soon, has a beauty product. Not my usual online buy so I'm curious how it'll work out. I won't be miffed if it's crap as it's been 5 star so far. I haven't had any issues so no need to contact Temu yet. It amuses me when people pay a tenth of the price and then complain. Pay ten times more, then complain. Though I sympathize with those who've had incomplete or undelivered items. I've had that thrice in the last two years with Amazon. Is it worse because it's cheap? To me, it's the same. The Temu logistics manager must be good. I don't envy him/her. Final thought: I expect Temu sources from companies that use cheap labor. So do Primark, H&M, Monsoon, and many others. Their profit margin is likely higher too. Cheap labor: would you pay £10/h for all your clothes? Most wouldn't. If you object (I do), you can't shop anywhere. It's cheap labor, but it gives a small income to many. Where else would they earn? Probably nowhere. If everything was 'fair' overnight, the planet would be strained. Not nice, but that's how it is. I can't change the world, neither can most of us. That's up to 'leaders' and those in power. In conclusion, some have had bad luck, expected given the company's size, and others, like me, are happy as Larry.

Just got my second order from Temu.

Everything was there. The dress fits great and is well-priced. Buttons on other items have unique designs and good quality. I suggest Temu. Give it a shot if you haven't. I'm on my third order now and expect it on time. Give Temu a go!

I'm really impressed with my purchases. I ordered clothes, a bag, and some garden stuff. I didn't have high hopes, but I was pleasantly surprised. The clothes fit well, the bag looked just like the photo. The garden items were a bit small, but for the price, it's okay. The second order was good too. It took 6 days from order to delivery, which impressed me. I'm placing a 3rd order soon, so they must be doing something right.

I left this on the Temu chat today... I got my package today, thanks a lot for getting it to me quickly. It took 8 days, they said it could take 10 days, so I'm glad it came today! Everything looks good and matches the website. I'll use Temu again and tell others too.

I bought stuff from Temu as my daughter did too. Had an issue (that was mine), but they gave me a refund, even though I didn't ask for one. Customer service is nice, and the products are as good as other stores. The bag could've been a bit bigger, but it's okay.

Many say don't use TEMU, they scam you and nothing is what it says it is. I disagree! I've used the site for a while now. If you check dimensions and sizes carefully, you can find great stuff. I ordered 8 summer event dresses, one I didn't like but my friend loved it, and their sofa throws and hair extensions are amazing. The color match on the hair extensions was spot on. Try them and follow their scam advice—it's a winner for me.

From disappointment to delight!

My experience with Temu's online shopping has usually been good. They offer a variety of products like garden items, fashion, home decor, and more. However, unfortunately, three packages got lost. These parcels contained items that I was eager to receive to beautify my home and please my dogs. I patiently waited for Temu to resolve the issue with the courier, but unfortunately, the parcels are lost somewhere in the universe. However, Temu promptly refunded my money into PayPal as I preferred that over store credit. Good job!

I got a pair of sneakers for 15 CAD, wearing them daily so my Forces, Dunks, and Jordans last longer. They're not the best running shoes, but decent for the price? Compared to Amazon, this site is a step closer to direct selling, minus the fees. Most things on Amazon are on Temu for less, though they ship from far away. But returns are pricey if you're not pleased. Keep that in mind. You get what you pay 4.

I've ordered a few times from Temu, mostly good experiences except one part of my order is still missing. Other items arrived on time. I appreciate their price adjustment option and quick refunds. The product quality is okay, as expected. Their customer service is great and could be a model for others. In my last order, they sent the wrong charging wire. They refunded about 80% immediately when I contacted them. They've already fully refunded the delayed part of my order without me asking. I'll definitely keep shopping here.
