After waiting for 30 minutes, I reached their customer service. I ordered a different color on the phone, but after a few days with no updates, I called again. They told me they still didn't have any news and that it was on its way. They promised to inform me once the tracking number was ready. Frustrated, I decided to go to the store instead, but when I tried to cancel the order, they said it couldn't be done. I had to receive the order and send it back. How can an order not be cancelled if it hasn’t even been shipped? It’s completely silly. Their online service is a mess.

So, you sign up for VIP membership for $5 to save on shoes. But then, after a year, they automatically renew it for $50. They take the money straight from your PayPal. They did email to remind, but it got lost in the flood of emails. This feels like a scam, taking advantage of customers. I hope this review stops others from buying here. And I wish their business goes under for treating people like this.

Despite my refusal, Roadrunner Sports resubmitted the charge and succeeded. Retrieving the unauthorized $99.99 has been an ongoing struggle for over a month. Approach with caution!
