Bumble.com

I was really excited about

I was really excited about getting those referrals processed by the 24th. Then, outta nowhere, it says they're pending. Apparently, they think my referrals were fake and that I referred myself. It's ridiculous. To top it off, the support tab just vanished. Now I'm convinced it's all a scam.

Tried Bumble for a couple

Tried Bumble for a couple of months, but it didn't really work out for me. Had quite a few chats but no real connections. Decided to delete my account, thinking that was that. But nope, got charged for another month. Turns out you have to cancel the subscription separately, which I didn’t realize. Now I'm out £120 with nothing to show for it and no refund from Bumble. Honestly, I think I'd have better luck meeting someone while doing my grocery shopping at Waitrose. Bit of a frustrating experience overall. Wouldn't recommend it based on my time with the app.

I tried this new dating

I tried this new dating app, and honestly, it's been a bit of a hassle. Unlike Hinge or OkCupid, they make you keep your GPS on the whole time which feels like an invasion of privacy. Plus, you have to take a selfie for verification. I'm not super comfortable with that, but I did it anyway. The worst part is the hand gesture thing. I just can't seem to get it right, and now, just a few days after signing up, I'm locked out of the app because I'm not 'verified.' It's really frustrating. I wish they had a simpler verification process.

I tried Bumble, but it

I tried Bumble, but it was a disaster. I canceled my membership on the exact day they told me to, but they still charged me for another month. Apparently, they charge your credit card two days before the cancel date and refuse to refund. That's just sneaky. On top of that, the app hardly gives any recommendations for connections. Unlike other dating sites, you can't even browse through potential matches to swipe left or right. It's so frustrating. Overall, it's just a waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I've been using this app

I've been using this app for a couple of months now and it's been quite disappointing. I've come across at least four guys with fake accounts. It's frustrating because my profile clearly states I'm looking for a long-term relationship, but most of the guys just seem interested in casual dates and fun. It's really not worth the investment of time or money if you're looking for something serious. The whole experience has left me feeling quite let down and annoyed. Wouldn't recommend it if you want anything more than just a fling.

I spent 15 minutes creating

I spent 15 minutes creating an account, selecting profiles I liked, and then, out of nowhere, I get a message saying my account's banned. Like, what? All my images are totally safe and the same as on other dating apps where I’ve had no issues. My profile was legit and tasteful, nothing out of the ordinary. I didn't even get to see my first match before they kicked me out. This is super frustrating and feels really unfair. I was looking forward to meeting new people and now, just like that, I'm blocked. Really disappointing experience, honestly.

I tried using this dating

I tried using this dating app, hoping to find someone nearby, but it's been a frustrating experience. I set my search to within five miles, yet I keep getting matches from other states and even other countries. It's like the app can't figure out the distance at all. Plus, it doesn't seem to understand my preferences for things like height and weight, even though I put that info in my profile. I paid for three months thinking it would be better, but I'm done with it. Just a waste of time and money for me.

This app is a joke.

This app is a joke. Having to pay just to see who liked you? That's absurd. And have you seen the reviews? Mostly 1 star, which tells you everything you need to know. I'm not even sorry for leaving a bad review because I haven't spent a dime on this trash. I'm just glad I can warn others about this scam. It's clear they're only interested in making money, not providing a good service. Save your time and money, and stay away from this app.

I tried out the free

I tried out the free version and it said I had three likes. So, I decided to pay to see them, thinking it would be worth it. But after spending the money, there were no likes at all. I tried to get a refund but got denied. Really frustrating. If you can't trust online products, it's better to spend your money going out locally where you have a better chance of meeting people. I had strict filters set for meeting people within 50 miles, but Bumble showed me profiles from the other end of Britain or even South America! This product is definitely not worth the money. Avoid it.

Signed up for a week's

Signed up for a week's subscription to see what the fuss was about. Honestly, I regret it. Hardly anyone replied to messages, and they all claim they're not online much. Why be on a dating site if you don't actually want to date? Feels like a scam. Spent £17.99 for nothing. Also, noticed a lot of fake profiles and barely anyone from my area. Bumble, what are you doing? It's so frustrating. Thought I'd give it a try, but it's just wasting people's time. Not cool at all, Bumble. Fix your platform and stop misleading people.

When lockdown hit and everyone

When lockdown hit and everyone was in need of connection, Bumble made a bad move by putting everything behind a paywall. It's like they saw people's fear and panic as an opportunity to make money. I was really disappointed. It felt like they didn't care about their users at all, just about squeezing out more cash. Honestly, if you’re thinking of paying for any premium features on Bumble, don't. It's not worth it, and it feels like a rip-off. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They seriously need to rethink how they treat their users. Bumble needs to step up or they'll end up irrelevant.

I thought Bumble might be

I thought Bumble might be a good app to try, but it turned out to be a letdown. First off, it's really expensive. They keep pushing you to pay for premium features that don't actually seem to do much. Even after paying, I got almost no matches. It feels like I'm just throwing money away. The gender dynamics on Bumble are also pretty frustrating. It's supposed to be empowering for women, which is fine, but it leaves guys endlessly swiping with no results. The app's share price dropping 98% shows I'm not the only one who thinks it's a bad deal. Using Bumble has taken a toll on my mental health. The constant rejection and lack of matches make you feel worse, not better. The app's design seems more about making money than helping people connect. Bumble's marketing talks about inclusivity and empowerment, but in reality, it feels more like exploitation. It's expensive and doesn't deliver what it promises. Avoid Bumble if you value your time, money, and mental health.

I was having a decent

So I was having a decent time on Bumble, enjoying the app and all. Then out of the blue, my account got blocked with zero explanation. I’ve always followed their community guidelines and seriously can’t think of anything I did wrong. When I reached out to their support on Twitter and Facebook, all I got was a generic response. I kept asking to speak to an actual person from their support team, but no luck. They didn’t even bother to check what happened or anything. Really disappointed with how Bumble handled it, feels like they just don’t care about their users at all.

Bumble got back to me,

Bumble got back to me, but honestly, they barely addressed my concerns. Instead of giving me a proper response, they just told me to check their “terms and conditions” for info on refunds. Called it! It's like they didn’t even read my review. I had clearly mentioned deleting my account, yet they advised me on getting better matches. Really? It's clear Bumble is just about raking in money and doesn't care about actual customer issues. They didn't even touch on how ridiculously expensive their extra features are. If you've had a bad experience with Bumble, don’t waste your time leaving a review. They simply don't care!

I met this guy online

I met this guy online from San Francisco while I was in the UK. He said he was in London but working in the US and would be back in a month. We chatted a lot; he seemed friendly and a bit quirky. Some things he said seemed off, but he was always in touch. I flew to the US to meet him, only to find out he lived in a sketchy area in Oakland, not the fancy house he described. He shared a warehouse with others. Despite this, our connection was strong, and I fell in love. But soon, he stopped talking about a future and started texting other women. When confronted, he lied and verbally attacked me. Eventually, he threw me out, tossing my stuff into the street. I was stranded but luckily had a contact in San Jose. How do I hold him responsible for his actions?

I tried out this app

I tried out this app with a payment plan for a month, and everything seemed okay. But once that payment plan ended, out of nowhere, I had 25 likes pop up. Funny thing is, there were zero likes an hour before my plan expired. It felt like a trick to get me to sign up again. I wasn't falling for it though, so I just deleted the app. Feels like a scam to me. Hope you guys are smart enough to avoid this kind of thing.

I was really excited to

I was really excited to access my list of Likes, so I paid for it. But when I tried to use it, they kept it locked and demanded another $10 to unlock it. Frustrating, right? Customer service was no help at all. They just sent me a list of features I don’t even care about and said I already have access to those. Felt like they were just brushing me off. Eventually, I had enough and contacted my bank. Thankfully, they understood my situation and refunded me. Such a hassle for something that should’ve been simple. Not impressed.

I signed up for Bumble

I signed up for Bumble again in March, hoping for better luck this time. I kept my account on “auto spotlight” till the end of November, thinking it would help. But I barely got any matches. Bumble said they spotlighted me daily, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Plus, their “for you” picks were way off – I got lots of profiles from people just visiting the UK. Most guys on the app don’t bother chatting, and if they do, you end up leading the conversation. Some even asked really inappropriate questions right off the bat. The extra features like spotlights and super swipes are super pricey. I spent £54.96 on add-ons, but it was all a waste. When I tried to get a refund for the unused “complements,” I found out too late that I had to go through Apple. Deleting my account didn’t even give me a confirmation email. Total waste of time and money. Avoid Bumble if you can.

Using Bumble app was quite

Using Bumble app was quite easy and smooth, no problems with the service itself. But the payment system, oh boy, it's like they’re trying to trick you. I signed up for a month and bam, it auto-renews without any heads-up. You can't even see your subscription details on the app. Next thing I know, Google Play charges me for another month, no warning, nothing. When I asked for a refund, they pointed to the tiny print saying it auto-renews. Sure, it's there, but the app doesn’t show any payment info, hoping you’ll forget to cancel on Google Play. It's sneaky. Definitely reporting this to trade standards.

I've been on Bumble for

I've been on Bumble for three months now, and things have been... interesting. I ended up matching with someone who I never even swiped right on or sent a compliment to. He was really into dancing, which is not my thing at all, and I'm more into walking, which he wasn't a fan of. Plus, he lived way too far from me, outside my preferred distance range. It just felt really off. In these three months, I've only truly matched with one person, and even then, it felt like we had nothing in common. It's kind of frustrating, considering I've been swiping right on lots of people. Feels like the app isn't really getting my preferences right.

Man, this app is a

Man, this app is a total letdown. While it's super easy to swipe and navigate, they made cancelling your subscription nearly impossible to find. I tried to remove my payment info and delete my account, but they still kept charging me 100 bucks, and I didn't even send one message! No wonder folks avoid dating apps, they just rip you off. And the people on there? Ugh, makes me wanna stay single. Clicking the "contact us" button just lets you send an email—how generous of them. Save your money, go for FB or Plenty of Fish instead. Seriously, don't link your card to this app, you'll regret it.

I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with this dating site. There are so many fake profiles, and it feels like the whole thing is just a money grab. When my subscription was about to expire, I suddenly got a bunch of new likes that I couldn't see unless I paid again. I matched with someone, and while I was typing a message, I got a notification saying I missed the match, even though they were online all day. It felt like a scam designed to make me pay more. After reading other reviews, I see I'm not alone. This site is super popular, but almost all the reviews are negative. I deleted my account and won't be coming back.

I’ve been on Bumble for

I’ve been on Bumble for a bit now, and honestly, it’s kinda awesome. It’s got this unique twist where women start the conversation, which feels super genuine. The interface is slick, easy to use, and there’s a good mix of profiles that seem more real compared to other apps. If you're looking for something super casual, like a one-night thing, Bumble might not always hit the mark. It can be a bit of a gamble for that. There are other apps like Yamvoo that are better for no-strings-attached stuff. But if you’re open to different kinds of connections, Bumble is definitely worth a shot. It’s one of the better dating apps out there, whether you want something casual or just want to meet new people.

I was using this dating

I was using this dating app, and everything seemed fine until the last week of my membership. Suddenly, I realized I wasn't getting any notifications from other members. Then, as soon as my membership expired, I got bombarded with over 50 likes. It felt really sketchy because now I had to renew my subscription just to see who liked me. It's like they planned it to make me spend more money. Feels like a total scam to me. Not cool at all.

I was using this app

I was using this app for a few months. At first, it was kinda slow, not many matches coming through. But then, just as my subscription was about to expire, suddenly I had a bunch of new matches. Seemed too good to be true, so I paid to see them. Weird thing though, after I paid, the matches dried up again. Like, it was back to square one. Then the app kept pushing me to go for the premium subscription. Felt like a cycle – no matches, then a lot when it’s about to end, pay up, and back to no matches. It was frustrating to say the least.

This dating site used to

This dating site used to be great, showing who liked you. Now, it's all about money. If you swipe left too much, it pretends there are no more potential matches, even when there are local likes. Lots of fake profiles and scammers still hanging around despite being reported. Customer service? Nonexistent, just bots. Feels like most people are just there for sex chats, not real dates. Plus, so many profiles use old, heavily filtered photos. It’s really gone downhill, which is probably why they’re losing money. I miss the way it used to be.

I was super excited to

I was super excited to try Bumble, heard some good things. Paid for the premium and started chatting with a few people. Everything was going well, had some decent convos. But then, bam! My account gets blocked after just two days. They accused me of bullying and harassing people, which is totally not true. Messaged customer service, hoping for some help, but they just stuck with their decision. No refund, no nothing. Honestly, feels like they just want your money and don't care about the users. I know I didn’t do anything wrong. If you can, steer clear of this app. It's really not worth the hassle.

I’ve been using Bumble and

I’ve been using Bumble and honestly, it's frustrating. You see a potential match once, and if you don't swipe right then and there, they vanish. It's like they never existed. How are we supposed to meet people if we can't even see who’s out there? They keep asking for feedback, but it seems like they're not listening at all because nothing changes. And trying to contact them is a joke – any reply you get feels like a canned response from a politician. It’s a shame because the concept is good, but the execution is really lacking. Bumble needs to step up their game.

You won’t believe what happened.

You won’t believe what happened. I signed up for a three-month subscription and barely got any likes. Maybe one or two, tops. Plus, I was only seeing a handful of new people each day. It was kinda frustrating. But then, after I unsubscribed, it was like a floodgate opened. Suddenly, there were hundreds of new singles popping up, all within my set distance. Where were all these people when I was paying? It felt like a totally different site. I'm not sure what's going on, but it makes me question if the subscription was even worth it. Feels like a rip-off, honestly.

I've been using Bumble for

I've been using Bumble for a good while and I'm genuinely impressed. It's super safe and professional, and the people on there are really great. The app is easy to navigate, and their customer service is always ready to help out, making sure you have a good time. It's refreshing that women get to make the first move, which definitely sets it apart from other dating apps. I'd totally recommend Bumble to anyone looking to dive into the dating world. Overall, I'm really happy with it and think it's one of the best dating sites out there.
