Absolutely incredible packs — we love them, and our two cats do too. They jump in without any trouble, seem comfortable riding in them, and feel safe inside. The pockets and zips are a big plus, and the packs are comfortable for both people and cats. Thanks for such a great product. Ig: satoshizippy

Now we can go on

Now we can go on little adventures much farther from home. Before, I only walked her around our apartment building since taking her anywhere by car was a hassle. This backpack has made it possible to bring her to nicer places without much effort at all. On our first trip out, we spent about an hour exploring the forest, and then she curled up for a nap inside the backpack while I kept walking. 🐈🌿🎒

Window bubble is a hit

Popped the bubble window in and my big tabby planted like a captain. Straps adjusted fast, and the airflow panels kept him chill on a walk.

Sturdy pack, straps okay

Back feels fine up to an hour, then I notice the weight. Cat sits comfy and curious. Solid build, so I felt confident.

Sturdy and cat approved

Our 17 lb tabby sits proudly in The Fat Cat. Ventilation is great, plastic bubble swaps fast, and I felt reassured seeing him relaxed.

I always thought hiking was

I always thought hiking was just for dogs, but my two cats? Total adventurers! My partner and I decided to get them these two cool backpacks, a Navigator and a Fat Cat. I was skeptical at first, but these packs are game changers. The cats totally love them! They sit inside comfortably, and it's like they're royalty being carried around. Plus, the side pockets are brilliant. I stash my keys and some treats there, and it works perfectly. Now, every weekend is an adventure with our little furballs, and I can't imagine hiking without them. Who knew cats could love the outdoors this much? It's just too fun to watch them enjoy the ride!

I tried a couple of

I tried a couple of harnesses for my cat, Pitter. The first one with velcro didn’t work out—it was awkward and uncomfortable for him. Then I found the Day Tripper. It's so lightweight and low-profile that Pitter acts like he's not even wearing it. We've been on numerous adventures, and it's held up perfectly every time. I really love how secure it feels, giving me peace of mind while we explore. If you're looking for something comfy and reliable for your furry friend, this might just be it. Highly recommend it for any pet parent looking for quality and comfort!

The company offers a nice variety

The company offers a nice variety of cat products. Travel Cat has a good selection of backpacks, harnesses, and accessories designed to make traveling with our pets easier. They offer helpful resources and events to share experiences, along with weekly profiles of traveling cats to keep you motivated. Additionally, my experience with them regarding product inquiries or exchanges (due to choosing the wrong size) was positive.

Overall, my experience with Travel Cat

Overall, my experience with Travel Cat has been positive. I had checked out their website before but never bought anything. When I began training my cat to go outside with a harness given by a friend, I decided to buy one from Travel Cat. The harnesses were sent out promptly after I ordered them and arrived quickly. They fit both my cats really well and were easier to put on compared to others. I'm confident they won't slip out of these harnesses, and I'll likely buy more in the future!

I got the "Fat Cat" Backpack for

I got the "Fat Cat" Backpack for my 13-pound cat, Maverick, and it's just right for him! It's hard to find backpacks for bigger cats, but this one fits the bill. Maverick seems comfy in it, it stays sturdy, and it's simple to handle. I've had mine for around 5 years, and it's holding up great. I'd definitely suggest this backpack for bigger cats like Maverick!

Purchased the pricey big cat backpack

Purchased the pricey big cat backpack (>$200) from this company, and it disappointingly fell apart in less than a year. Despite engaging in a back-and-forth email exchange, they attributed the issue to the cat being attached to the leash, which wasn't the case (my cats don't wear leashes in their backpacks). Interestingly, I have another backpack from Amazon that's been around for twice as long, and it's holding up perfectly with the same cats. I strongly advise against buying from this company due to poor product quality and their failure to uphold their warranty.

Ordered a back-ordered $150

Ordered a back-ordered $150 backpack. Waited for three months to receive it. Unfortunately, FedEx delivered the backpack to the wrong house, and I can confirm this as they provided a picture of the wrong porch. Upon contacting FedEx, they claimed they couldn't assist and advised me to reach out to the shipper to file a claim. It's been three weeks, and despite multiple messages, they have not responded to resolve the issue. Regrettably, it seems I'm out $150. I cannot recommend ordering from this place, as it appears to be questionable.

Putting it on was easy, and my cat seems at ease. The Day Tripper proves robust and boasts excellent quality.

The backpack's plastic part connecting

The backpack's plastic part connecting the bubble is extremely fragile, breaking with minimal effort. However, I contacted the company, and they're sending a replacement at no cost, displaying good customer service. Despite this, concerns arise about the bubble breaking while my cat is inside, prompting the need for potential reinforcement.

The backpack's plastic part, crucial for

The backpack's plastic part, crucial for the bubble attachment, is disappointingly fragile; it shattered with minimal handling. However, the company's positive aspect shines through in their responsive customer service, promptly sending a free replacement. Despite this, concerns persist about the bubble's durability, prompting consideration of reinforcement to ensure the safety of pets during use.

The purchase of the large pink backpack

The purchase of the large pink backpack for my kitten was a wise choice. She adores it, and it has become a signal for our outings. The backpack's quality is noteworthy, ensuring my kitten's safety. The customer service experience was satisfactory, and the delivery was prompt.

My therapy cat, Billy, particularly enjoys the comfort of the Navigator pack during our work outings. For all my feline transportation and comfort essentials, Travel Cat is my go-to choice. Thanks!

The Navigator backpack completely

The Navigator backpack completely transformed the way I bring my cat on hikes! It's incredibly comfortable, maintaining its shape without sagging, ensuring my kitty's comfort whether inside or on top. The ample space for water bottles, snacks, and treats is a fantastic feature. This purchase was so worth it!

My therapy cat, Billy, particularly loves being carried in his Navigator pack when he goes to work. In fact, I realize that I've sourced all my cat comfort and transportation needs from Travel Cat. Thanks!

The Fat Cat backpack has become

The Fat Cat backpack has become a beloved item for me and my cats. Chang is already accustomed to wearing his harness, and I'm currently clicker training Lao to get him used to his harness. I keep the backpack open in the hallway, allowing my boys to acclimate to its presence and scent. I appreciate that Your Travel Cat, a fantastic female-run company, not only offers cat-friendly products but also conducts seminars on training cats to wear harnesses and become comfortable in their backpacks or carriers. My 😻😻's and I adore their products.

Definitely won't be shopping there again anytime soon

I picked up a harness for my cat, thinking it'd be a perfect fit since I carefully measured him multiple times. Both snug and loose measurements suggested an XS would be just right. But when it arrived, it just didn’t fit at all! I was pretty annoyed, especially since I had taken the time to measure twice. As if that wasn’t enough, when I tried to return it, I discovered their return policy included a $10 shipping fee. It felt a bit unfair to me, especially when the sizing was off. I mean, why should I pay for something that wasn’t my fault? Definitely won't be shopping there again anytime soon.

Beware

I walked into the store with high hopes, expecting to find what was advertised, but it turned out they didn't have it in stock. I thought, okay, I'll wait. But the waiting game turned frustrating. I had to be the one to keep checking in, hoping for an update. It felt like nobody was really bothered about my order. Even when I suggested taking part of it, there was no effort to sort things out. It's like they didn’t care whether I got what I needed or not. Makes you wonder if they value their customers at all. I just wish they'd put more effort into looking after us.
