Return emails were brief

Trade conversation started fine, then slowed a bit. Final label arrived and refund posted soon after arrival. I would shop here again for the selection.

Upgrade was painless

Garmin bundle shipped the same day and they paired my new collar to the Alpha in store style instructions. Trade in path for the old unit was clear. Good prices, fast delivery, and everything works in the field.

Engraving came perfect

Collar builder was straightforward and the brass name plate arrived exactly as typed. Fit was right on and the color options are great for working dogs.

I decided to get a

I decided to get a bowl from this store, and let me tell you, the whole process was super smooth. Navigating their site was a breeze, and I really appreciated the constant delivery updates—kept me in the loop the whole time. When the bowl arrived, it looked just like the pictures, no surprises there. Unfortunately, I didn't pay much attention to the size and ended up ordering the wrong one. Totally on me! Instead of returning it, I'm thinking of donating it to someone who can use it. Even with the mix-up, I'm still happy with the experience and might just order the right size next time!

I got this new collar

I got this new collar for my dog, thinking it would be just right, but it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. The material is way too stiff, and I can tell it’s not comfy for him at all. And don't get me started on the brass plate! It’s awkwardly placed off to the side instead of being centered on the back, where it should be easy to read. Since it’s engraved, returning it isn't an option, which just adds to the frustration. I was really hoping for something better. It's not the best buy I've made for my pup, and I wouldn't recommend it to others looking for a comfy and functional collar.

I stumbled upon Outdoor Dog

I stumbled upon Outdoor Dog Supply while searching for gear for my pups, and now I can't stop coming back. This place is a treasure trove for anyone with sport dogs. From quirky gadgets to essential gear, they've got it all. What really stands out is their speedy delivery and top-notch customer service. It's rare to find a company that nails both. I've been a loyal customer for ages, and I keep telling everyone I know about them. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned dog owner, this store is a must-visit. They make shopping for my dogs not only easy but also kinda fun.

Every weekend, my dog and

Every weekend, my dog and I head out for a hunt, and after the last tracker gave up on us, I was on the lookout for something reliable. This new tracker? A total game-changer. My brother and I tested it by walking across a field, and it held the signal way beyond what the box promised. It's been through three trips now without needing a charge, which is a huge relief. I had a question about the app pairing and called their support. The person I talked to actually knew their stuff, no scripted nonsense. Plus, it shipped super quick, just in time for our next outing. This thing feels like it’s built by people who truly understand hunting, not just another generic gadget.

Just got my stuff from

Just got my stuff from Outdoor Dog Supply, and wow, that was fast! I had a few questions, so I gave them a call. The staff on the line were super friendly and patient, really took the time to help me out. It's not every day you find folks who care so much about their customers. Everything I ordered was exactly what I needed for my next hunting trip. They’ve got a great selection, and the quality's top-notch. Definitely gonna be my go-to place for all my hunting gear from now on. If you haven't checked them out yet, you're missing out! Highly recommend for anyone into hunting or outdoor adventures.

I decided to try out

I decided to try out this company, and what a great experience it turned out to be! Placed my order without realizing I made a mistake. When I noticed, I reached out to their customer service, and they were super helpful and fixed everything really fast. It's not often you come across a company that handles things so smoothly. The team was friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. I've ordered from other places before, but this one stands out because they truly care about getting it right. Definitely sticking with them for future orders. If you want a hassle-free experience with a company that actually listens, this is the place to go.

I've been using ODS for

I've been using ODS for all my dog hunting gear, and they’ve been fantastic. Every order arrives super quickly, and the customer service is just top-notch. One time, I messed up and ordered the wrong item, but they handled it without a hitch and got everything sorted out for me. It's refreshing to find a company that's so dedicated and friendly. Plus, they offer free shipping, which is a huge bonus! The prices are competitive, and the whole experience just feels personal and genuine. I'm definitely sticking with ODS for the long haul. It's hard to find such reliable and honest businesses these days, but ODS has definitely earned my trust.

I've been buying stuff from

I've been buying stuff from ODS for quite a while now, and honestly, they're pretty great. Prices are always on point, and they get your orders out the door super fast. It's like they know you can't wait to get your hands on your new gear. One time, I had a question about a product, and reaching out was easy—just picked up the phone and got the help I needed right away. It’s nice knowing there’s a real person ready to assist. I got this collar

I got this collar for my super energetic lab puppy, and it's been amazing! It's just right for all his running and jumping around. I've used similar ones for my hunting dogs before, and they never disappoint. The shipping was lightning fast, which was awesome because we needed it quickly. Just one hiccup: after placing the order, I noticed there was an option for a silver name plate, which would've been a nice touch. But overall, still really happy with the purchase. This collar is holding up great, even with all the wild adventures my pup gets into. Highly recommend for anyone with an active dog!

Got the bark limiter pretty

Got the bark limiter pretty quickly, which was nice. Figuring out how to put it together took a bit, but I got there eventually. The collar it came with? Not a fan. It would have been great if there were more options, something a bit easier to handle. My pup hasn't really responded to the vibration or sound yet. I was hoping it wouldn't come to this, but I'm thinking I might have to try the next setting. It's only been a week though, so maybe I need to be a bit more patient. Let's see how it goes with a little more time.

You know, every time I

You know, every time I order from this place, it just hits the mark perfectly. Their customer service is really something else. I messed up on an order once, but fixing it was a breeze. It’s like they actually care about getting things right for you. They didn’t make a fuss about it at all. The folks there are really friendly and seem genuinely eager to help, which is rare these days. Everything arrives just how I expect, and it just makes me keep coming back. It's nice to know you can count on them to deliver quality without any drama.

I've been sticking with these

I've been sticking with these collars for quite some time now, and they've never let me down! The brass name plate is a game-changer—no more annoying jingly tags. Plus, they're waterproof, which is just perfect for my adventurous pup who loves splashing around. Cleaning is a breeze too; just a quick rinse, and it's good as new. I can't count how many times I've had to deal with stinky collars in the past, but that's no longer a worry. It's so nice knowing my dog's ID is secure and always readable. These collars really make life simpler and keep my furry friend looking sharp.

Good quality, quick shipping, friendly customer support!

Good quality, quick shipping, friendly customer support! Haven’t had a chance to use the light yet, but I’ll return and review it when I get the chance.

I really like this company!

I really like this company! Fast and free shipping! I've always enjoyed their reflective dog collars; I will stick with these collars from now on!

I’ve tried collars from several companies

I’ve tried collars from several companies, and this one stands out. The quality of the strap and buckle is really good. I also like the design, with the receiver module positioned right in the middle between the two buckle parts. Another thing I appreciate is the price—it’s the most affordable I’ve come across. Overall, a great collar!

Discovered, ordered, and got just what I

Discovered, ordered, and got just what I needed in perfect time and shape — all simple to handle on my part. Hard to want more than that.

Great collars, simple to clean and don’t

Great collars, simple to clean and don’t smell even with a dog that’s outside a lot. They come in bright colors, and the orange is vivid enough that a reflective strip isn’t needed. The price is quite reasonable for what you get. The delivery was fast, which was a nice bonus haha All in all, a very solid choice.

Sales and order, shipping and delivery

Sales and order, shipping and delivery were all purrfect; howevr I'm having an issue with a couple of items, one zero length flex band GPS is not working and another only works intermittently.
