Gutschrift statt Nachlieferung

Kurzum, das Essen schmeckte, nur fehlte einmal ein Beutel Kräuter und eine Paprika war schon weich. Chat kontaktiert, nach Foto gab es eine Gutschrift aufs Konto. Keine Nachlieferung, was ok war, aber ich hätte mir bei Basics eine zweite Option gewünscht. Der Rest der Box war top. Wenn der Kurier pünktlich ist, ist das System super. Bei Ausfällen bitte etwas proaktiver kommunizieren.

Zeit gespart, Kids happy

Schlicht grossartig für hektische Wochen. Box im Abo gewählt, Gerichtchen in der App umgestellt und Lieferung für den Abend geplant. Tracking am Tag selbst war praktisch, die Zutaten frisch, die Karten idiotensicher. Meine Kids mochten zwei Gerichte sofort. Zahlen ging bequem, und eine Woche habe ich mit einem Klick übersprungen, weil Ferien. Klar, es ist nicht billig, aber die Planung fällt weg und das ist Gold wert.

Lecker, aber teuer geworden

Klappt echt gut, Rezepte sind verständlich und die Zubereitung geht fix. Mir fällt aber auf, dass der Gesamtpreis je nach Woche spürbar schwankt, plus Liefergebühr. Ich habe das Abo jetzt so eingestellt, dass ich spontaner skippen kann. Zahlung läuft sauber, die App ist übersichtlich. Qualität passt, nur mein Budget entscheidet, wann es wieder eine Woche gibt. Für stressige Tage bleibe ich Fan.
