Dato de viaje, es fuera del aeropuerto y te llevan en shuttle. Tomé fotos al retirar y al devolver, sin drama. Depósito alto pero me lo liberaron a tiempo. Si cargás el combustible y respetás el kilometraje, la tarifa rinde.

Booking was simple and the shuttle instructions were clear. I brought my own excess insurance, took thorough photos, and had a smooth return. Learning curve is just reading the T&Cs ahead of time.

Couldn’t reach them by phone easily. In person, the rep explained the excess and card hold clearly, and processed me fast. No surprises afterward.

Shuttle pickup was quick. Check-in pressed hard on insurance, but I had my coverage printed and it went fine. Big deposit released after five days. What stood out was price, but documenting photos at pickup made all the difference at return.

At collection, I pointed out a tiny bumper mark. The rep added it to the sheet without fuss, took a photo, and I felt instantly at ease.

Rental agreement N° RMA-101189 Start date 10.07.24 to 12.07.24 Manchester airport Firstly, when you arrive to pick up your vehicle if you are using a debit card they force you to take out their CDW insurance. In my case the minimum amount was an extra £75.00 At no point did I see this information during the booking process. The vehicle will be given to you without a full tank & it is up to you to work out how much to put back in. What a scam!! I was charged £356 for an almost invisible scratch on a vehicle that already had a total of 66 un-repaired scuffs & scratches marked on the condition form. this means that Greenmotion have made a whopping £23.496,00 profit out of minor scratches. There is a facebook group called Class Action Against Green Motion. have a look at the personal experiences of the members. absolutely shocking.

Gre-t service, Luke wa exceptionally helpful, friendly and very jolly. He made us feel welcome and was very quick to organise our car rental. Ryan N..the shuttle bus driver was very friendly,jolly and kind. It was a swift and prompt service to and from the airport and rental ground. I would not hesitate to use green motion again..excellent service...

My experience with the company

My experience with the company was quite disappointing. When I picked up my first car, I immediately noticed the oil/service lamp was on, so the car had to be switched. Then, with the second car, there was a tire pressure warning lamp, which I assumed meant it had been checked but not reset. After driving 300 miles, I found a nail in the tire, and the pressure was dangerously low. I tried calling the provided number multiple times over three days, leaving several messages, but no one answered or called back. When I contacted the head office, they were too busy to take my call and directed me to write an email. I ended up wasting half a day of my time visiting my family to have the tire repaired and paid for it myself. When I returned the car on Sunday evening, the customer service representative was apologetic and promised a refund, but I'm still waiting for it. To add to the frustration, I realized on Monday morning that I had left my expensive sunglasses in the car, which was my responsibility. Despite calling several times and having my sister check on Tuesday, nothing was found. It's disappointing that you can't trust your coworkers. Overall, my experience with the company was far from satisfactory.

Impressed with the warm service at Belgrade airport, the car was swiftly delivered in excellent condition – almost brand new and impeccably clean. However, my enthusiasm waned as the deposit remained locked for nearly three weeks post-return, a considerable contrast to competitors who manage it within two days. While the overall experience was positive, addressing the delayed deposit issue would significantly enhance satisfaction.

Terrible experience with this company! Beware of hidden charges. Without a credit card, my car hire cost skyrocketed from £170 to £400. Upon return, they falsely accused me of chipping the windscreen, charging an additional £400. Despite purchasing full insurance, it shockingly excluded glass coverage. Thinking you're saving money? Think again. Avoid this company – deceptive practices will leave you spending more than reputable hire companies.

I reserved a car through this company via Expedia, anticipating a smooth experience. Upon my arrival in Cancun, I promptly called for the scheduled airport pickup, as per their policy. Shockingly, they notified me via WhatsApp about an overbooked situation, leaving me without a rental. Despite having prepaid, they directed me to contact Expedia for a refund. Strangely, when I reached out to Expedia, they claimed I had canceled, denying my refund. Thankfully, I had saved the conversation screenshots, allowing me to report the charge as fraudulent to my credit card company. A cautionary tale—booking with them may leave you stranded at an international airport, footing the bill.

Günstig, doch anstrengender Check-in

Am Schalter der Station wurde erst der Shuttle vom Flughafen organisiert, das ging ok. Dann begann der Teil mit Kaution und Versicherung. Der Basispreis war top, aber der Upsell auf Zusatzschutz war ziemlich druckvoll. Ich habe Fotos vom Wagen gemacht, Tankregel erklärt bekommen und ein hohes Deposit wurde auf der Karte geblockt. Auto selbst war in Ordnung, Rückgabe flott. Frustriert war ich, weil die Freigabe der Kaution länger brauchte und telefonisch kaum wer erreichbar war. Preis gut, Nerven so lala. Beim nächsten Mal nehme ich wohl eine mittlere Absicherung.
