Given the service I received, the £4.99 delivery and packaging fee felt too high. To improve this, maybe you could use a smaller box or a bubble wrap envelope that fits easily in a regular mail slot. That way, you wouldn’t need to rely on Yodel with its confusing tracking system and strange “safe” delivery options. For example, Royal Mail would likely deliver in just 3 days and at a cheaper price.

I actually came across the ad late last night while watching Taylor’s afloat on YouTube, and the ad played during their vlog about a canal breach. After watching it, I decided to purchase the shaver and even saved the ad on my laptop so I wouldn’t forget the company name.

This seems like just a disguise for a Chinese import business. It took 23 days for my order to get to me. The product came from China, passed through Singapore, and finally got to Heathrow in London. The cleaning brush was not included, and one part of the thumb slide was broken. Lots of carbon footprint from a company that acts like it's based in the UK.

I got a Dent Removal Repair Tool Kit, and honestly, I didn’t notice the size in the pictures. It’s tiny and only works on dents around 100mm wide, which is pretty useless. I tried contacting them to return it, but no one replied. After waiting for ages, I gave up because they just ignore you. Be careful buying from here, there’s many better sellers around.

Should have read the reviews before purchasing , item arrived it would not hold any charge so unless . E mailed them four times for advice or return the item or exchange . No return email from them and no other way of contacting them . Stay clear in my view £28 wasted .

Scam company!

I received the belt which was too small (size info incorrect) Return policy says goods may be returned within 30 days but no return address. No return address on package. Emailed customer services as per the return policy - no response. Emailed again - no response. I then started a dispute via the PayPal resolution centre saying the goods were not as described. Next day I had email via PayPal from Inspiringinventory (!) offering for me to keep the goods and get 50% back. I asked for full refund and a UK address. Next day I had the "final" offer of 70% back. I said I wanted to return the goods to a UK address and a full refund. Next day I had confirmation from PayPal that I had my full refund - postage excluded which I expected. So use PayPal and don't be bullied!!!
