I’m happy with how easy it was to buy the vehicle and have it delivered. The follow-up from customer service, though, needs improvement. I paid for sales taxes and the license upfront but was told to get my own temporary plate. I already paid $463, but after calling, texting, and emailing my receipts, I got no reply. Be careful when asked to pay sales taxes and license fees upfront.

It appeared to be not properly cleaned before arrival (I found two dead flies on the back dash, and dirt where a magnet had been from the last owner), there was barely a quarter tank of gas when it arrived, and there were no screws to attach the license plate.
